Curtains

I made some curtains for Mia's room. I used these pretty sheets and some pink Dupioni Silk to trim them. Curtains really dress up a room. I've been playing around on my serger; I serged the inside seams. It gives them a neat, professional look. No fraying!

I am usually anti-measuring when I sew. My mom always taught me to measure when I am hemming so that everything is perfect but most of the time I'm too lazy. I just eyeball it. This time for these curtains, I measured to a T. It really does make a difference, they look so nice. Mom will be proud.
